Please capitalize appropriately... Makes my job way easier afterward. I.e. The horse, "Hi My Name Is Horse" should not be "hi my name is horse" in the RegName: section.

Stable/Ranch: (use stable for english style horses and ranch for western) Where is the horse currently living?

Discipline: What events does the horse compete in? Make sure that we offer them in our competitions

Mane & Tail Color:
Eye Color:
Markings: Does your horse have a brand mark? A scar or two maybe?
Personality: It doesn't matter how long this part is
History: This is completely optional
